MEDIATIONS

Each additional hour		500.00
Cancellation fee		500.00
Fee for full day (8 hours)		3,500.00
Small Claims Court (2 hours)		1,000.00
ARBITRATION OR MED/ARB HEARING
Fee per day, or part thereof, including writing of award	$	3,500.00
Each additional day, or part thereof, including Executive Sessions		3,500.00
CANCELLATION FEE FOR ARBITRATION
Notice received between 30 and 8 days prior to the hearing	$	600.00
Notice received less than 8 days prior to hearing		1,000.00
Section 49 Labour Relations Act		500.00
SETTLEMENT DURING COURSE OF ARBITRATION HEARING
During the first day of hearing	$	3,500.00
During second or subsequent days		3,500.00
Room rental if Law Chambers’ rooms utilized	$	200.00

Labour‑Management Arbitrators Association if there is any dispute over these fees.
